Return/Exchange Policy

Items purchased from COMZY (our website : www.comzy.in) are eligible for free return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery and are in unused condition with original tags and the packaging bag being intact.

Returning one item purchased during a combo.

If you purchase two or multiple items from a combo and choose to return either one of them, then the return amount credited would be as per the individual item price and not the combo price.

Eg. If you purchase 2 cotton trousers for Rs. 1199 while one of them is priced at Rs.699  and choose to return one of them - then you will be refunded Rs. 500 (1199-699). Similar T&C will be applicable in other product categories as well.

Exchanging for something else? 

In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it's less, the same can be refunded to you as store credit/refund to your bank account

1. WAIST: For measuring the waist first button the pants up. Next spread the pants flat on the surface, and remove any fullness and wrinkles from it.

2. HIP: Measure across the hip area, this is in most cases 1 1/2 inches below the zipper.

3. LENGTH: With the pants buttoned up, spread the pants on a table, floor or any other flat surface, with outseams on both corners. After removing all wrinkles and any fullness, measure the length from the top of the waistband.

For best results,machine wash cotton items in cold or warm water. Do not use hot water as it may shrink the cotton. Use a normal wash cycle and regular detergent (with color safe bleach if desired). Tumble dry on a low setting, then promptly remove the item from the dryer to avoid wrinkles.
